In short, a Twin Flame is your true counterpart. They are the real Soul Mates if you define soul mate as the person you are most true to be with. Twin Flames are the idea that a soul is split before incarnating into this planet. Each part is then searching for that true counterpart for all eternity. This was even mentioned by Plato over 2000 years ago.

Twins are now coming more and more together now because Earth is raising in vibration. Google “Schuman Resonance” to find out more about this on a scientific level. The Schumann Resonance is the vibrational frequency the Earth naturally produces, it is highly beneficial to humans and has been in recent years stronger than it ever has before. With humans raising in vibration and clearing out baggage, Twins are beginning to find each other.

If you feel you have already found your Twin Flame, doing certain things will help you to re-align with your core frequency. When we are at our core there is always less friction.

Especially with a Twin Flame this is crucial. Why? Because with your Twin a grain of sand is felt if it’s between you. Twins are constantly trying to energetically (and physically) merge. Would you want foreign energies or frequencies fused between you?

To help clear the grains of sand, communication is key. However sometimes there are negative entities and spirits that may be around. In addition there can also be residual energies, which are produced by angry or low vibration people in the area. There can also be residual energies from events that have happened in a place such as some sort of violence or trauma.

What is a Star Seed?

A Star Seed is said to be soul originating from another Planet or Galaxy. In a sense all of us are Star Seeds as Earth was originally a place where 12 Original Soul Families came together. 12 Planets each with a unique gift and perspective to share with each other. However a 13th family came which caused a great cataclysm, some say this was the Great Flood mentioned in the Bible and Torah. Regardless this great Cataclysm caused these souls to forget where they came from, hence where we are all now. Since then many new souls from other Soul Families have come to Earth to help humanity wake up from their forgetful sleep and return to their true original light body forms. Some of these souls have particular characteristics such as Indigo, Crystal and Rainbows. Many cannot assimilate into todays broken systems. How does this relate to Twin Flames you ask?
