Important: Soak almonds the night before you make this recipe.

This will make them easier to digest and better for Weight Loss! 

Ingredients for blending:

  • Almonds: 15
  • Ripe Bananas: 4-6 (Depending on the size)
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt
  • Blueberries (wild are best): 1 Cup
  • Pitted Dates: 7-10
  • Fresh Filtered Water (Alkaline is recommended): Enough to cover all the ingredients

After blending, soak a few spoons of chia in the smoothie and stir well.

Feel free to add and subtract any ingredients. Example: some people like more sweet, some like it less.
