Educational DigiGen Rule of Law Program: Ethics and Spiritual Legal System

Supporting Equal Access to Justice, by sustainably offering education in Digital Dispute Resolution to those who wish to learn and follow The DigiGen Rule of Law.

dROL seeks to offer education, easy to access information as well as services relating to contracts, arbitration, and mediation, in order to fill a need for the Digital Generation and others who are used to equal opportunities in activities like video games, where rules are clearly stated at the beginning.

As our Social Responsibility commitment, we strive to fill a need for individuals who were never taught in school how to deal with simple legal matters as well as foreigners, tourists, refugees and immigrants, who did not grow up knowing the laws and customs of their host country.

We are also looking to partner with different Local and International Universities who also support Sustainable Digital Legal System for Digital Generation.

5 Pillars

The DigiGen Rule of Law Objectives

1

Establishing a clearly defined Code of Ethics online known as The DigiGen Rule of Law, while honoring the Rule of the Land.

2

Offering certification for individuals and legal entities that want to opt into and agree to The DigiGen Rule of Law’s Code of Ethics.

3

Providing a public list of certified individuals and legal entities that follow The DigiGen Rule of Law’s Code of Ethics as well as an Accountability and rating system.

4

Providing arbitration and mediation ADR services for individuals and legal entities that have opted into and agree to The DigiGen Rule of Law’s Code of Ethics.

5

Providing education, training and certification for those who want to uphold and enforce The DigiGen Rule of Law via ADR in the forms of arbitration and mediation.
